Trent is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest; he won't try to oversell you the way some dealership service departments do. Trent and Amy always provide excellent, prompt service and are very accommodating. One time when they didn't have a loaner car available, Trent even drove me to work and dropped me off! They are fantastic and I would never take my car to anyone else.

What first sold me on Trent's Garage Complete Car Care Center was how much less they charged than my previous mechanic for an oil change, but what really keeps me going back is the level of care and trust. I never feel pressured into anything; Trent tells me the information I need to make the right decision, and Amy is great about scheduling anything I need, whether it's routine maintenance on a day when I need to use their loaner or whether it's a last-minute checkup after a minor fender-bender to ensure there wasn't internal damage (which, btw, they didn't even charge me for). Oh, and their cute dog hangs out at the office with them!

Our fleet truck was having wiper issues so we took it to Trent's. Not only were they able to quickly diagnose the issue, as electrical issues can be difficult to diagnose, but they did it at a very reasonable price as well. We will definitely be taking more of our fleet to Trent and Amy!
