Amy was very friendly, knowledgeable and got me in quick for a headlight assembly, inspection, and oil change for my Toyota Prius C. Their inspection process was awesome. They diagnosed what needs fixed in the near future and included photos of each part so I could see for myself, which was sent to my personal phone. Traveling through Iowa and thought we had brake issues. Amy squeezed us in and after an inspection by Moses we were relieved to hear that our brakes were fine. I’m always worried when taking my vehicle to an unknown repair shop, but I would recommend Trent’s without hesitation. If I lived anywhere near Clive Iowa, Trent’s would be my “go to” for auto repair.

We were traveling on a family vacation to Yellowstone and we started hearing noise when applying the brakes. Trent’s garage got us in and treated us fair. A rock apparently was the culprit and we were quickly sent on our way. A dishonest garage could have easily taken advantage and charged us for new brake pads. Another repair shop referred me to Trent’s when I had a brake problem and was trying to get it fixed the same day to leave on a trip out of town. They were able to get the parts in and make the repair the same day. Went above and beyond my expectations. Amy was great to work with.

Honda had a recall . I took it to the local dealer for the service work. They also found some other problems that needed attention. I took it to Trent’s Garage’s for a second opinion. They did the additional work that was needed. Good job.
