We were traveling cross-country when our car broke down. I had no idea who could fix my car in a strange city. I was put right at ease when I called them and felt very comfortable asking the tow truck driver to deliver me and my car to the shop. Trent’s Garage was able to get us in right away so we could be on our way. We don’t know what we would have done if they weren’t so accommodating. The repair work was great and very reliable.

When my wonderful almost-antique pickup began to idle roughly and start reluctantly I had to find a repair shop I could trust. An ad for Trent’s Garage came in the mail and after checking their reviews, which are overwhelmingly positive, I took my truck in. They checked it out and gave me a printout of every item they checked and its condition, followed by a written repair estimate. I was free to accept or reject any part of the estimated job. I accepted it all and two days later, my 23-year-old pickup is a young tiger again. Even the gas gauge works now, a pleasant surprise. Amy, the owner, is knowledgeable and easy to work with. If I called with a question it was answered with expertise. They even accepted a discount coupon I had forgotten to mention. We now think of them as our go-to auto repair shop.

First time customer. Made my appointment online Friday afternoon for Monday morning for brakes and rotors. Received a text right away confirming my appointment. Dropped my car off Sunday evening and it was ready Monday afternoon. Was able to pay online and pick my car up after hours. Will definitely use Trent’s for my next car repair!
